Experts estimate the Health Inflation to be in the range of 15% to 20% p.a. The health covers demand decent investments and not many can afford the premiums of the top most covers in the market. On the other hand, people at higher age or with medical history find it very difficult to get health covers. Group health covers are clearly the way forward and it’s up to us as Citizens to suggest our respective society, community, professional associations to take initiatives to provide affordable group health covers to masses.
