The way we learn, has change, we all know. To help members grow their practice, FPGI focuses on
Knowledge Management at various levels. In the 3rd Quarter of every calendar year, Annual
Conference is held in the face to face format. In the 1st Quarter, Regional Conference is held in the
North & West. Monthly Webinars are scheduled where members in rotation, present on topics
related to practice building, marketing, compliance and customer management. External speakers
are regularly invited as well. Some members like to learn how to make videos and some like to focus
on core practice tools. So FPGI groups are maintained on Google as well as Linkedin to nurture
frequent conversation and sharing.
Additionally, new initiatives and projects are taken up regularly. Financial Literacy Campaigns and
Workshops are held regularly for Corporate & Retail, online & offline.
